Resume2Role (“we”, “us”) provides an AI resume-tailoring service. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account email and authentication data (via Supabase Auth).
• Resume text and structured resume data you upload, paste, or save as a master resume.
• Job descriptions you paste when tailoring.
• Billing and credit records (via Stripe when you purchase credits).
• A device fingerprint used only to enforce the one free tailor rule.

How we use it

• To create and improve tailored resumes for the jobs you choose.
• To save your master resume when you ask us to.
• To manage free and paid credits.
• To operate, secure, and support the product.

AI processing

When you tailor a resume, we send your resume content and the job description to Anthropic (Claude) to generate the rewrite. Anthropic processes that content under their terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your resume. Resume2Role does not use your content to train our own models.

Storage

Account and saved master resume data are stored with our database provider (Supabase). Payment details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

Deletion

You can overwrite or clear your master resume from the product. To request deletion of your account and stored data, contact us from the email on your account via the Contact page. We will process reasonable deletion requests.
